As a Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and pick up open shifts based on your availabilitygiving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech, media, telecom, and logistics locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols and a visible presence. Job Schedule : Day

Time : Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM Sat 06 : 00 AM - 02 : 00 PM

What You'll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter, including areas such as warehouses, loading docks, and office spaces.

Help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access by maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter potential security-related breaches or incidents.

Document and report incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to site protocols.

Collaborate with facility staff and Allied Universal management to address any security-related concerns or operational needs specific to tech, media, telecom, logistics, and distribution environments.

Respond to alarms and / or requests for assistance in a timely manner, following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
