Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Hybrid in Redmond, WA

Compensation : $25 - $35 / hour

Benefits : This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

Strong understanding of accruals, expense coding, and month-end close processes.

Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas such as SUMIFS).

Job Description

Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows.

Manage daily invoice volume (~20 U.S. invoices / day) and assist with international invoice processing as needed.

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and credit card reconciliations.

Support the rollout and adoption of Ramp, our new procure-to-pay automation platform.

Collaborate with U.S. and New Zealand AP teams to ensure consistency and accuracy across entities.

Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional manner.

Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide backup support for payroll reporting if needed.

Work closely with senior leadership across multiple cost centers (20+) to ensure accurate coding and reporting.
