Senior Fraud & Payment Orchestration Specialist

The Senior Fraud & Payment Orchestration Specialist is dedicated to protecting the platform's revenue and customers by leading our global payments and fraud strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in payments, fraud operations, fintech, or subscription-based businesses within a global, high-scale environment. They will be expert in payment processing, PSP management, routing, tokenization, retries, fraud prevention, chargeback management, and risk-aware decisioning.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and scale a global Payment Orchestration Engine, including multi-PSP tokenization, BIN-aware routing, retry logic, and fraud-aware routing strategies across Payment Service Providers.
• Analyze large payments datasets to surface insights, measure trends, and guide optimization.
• Lead and document comprehensive investigations and analyses into payment performance, fraud, and chargeback trends.
• Evolve and maintain a Fraud Orchestration Engine by integrating transaction scoring models, rules-based logic, and real-time risk signals.
• Create high-quality reports and executive briefings on payment and fraud performance, ensuring clarity, visibility, and relevant insights.
