Job Summary :

We are seeking a Project / Program Manager II with a specialization in Client Onboarding. The successful candidate will lead vendor onboarding for Client as part of our Package Hierarchy efforts, aiming to enhance Receive Accuracy across our operations. This role involves close collaboration with Category teams and Vendors to ensure a smooth onboarding process, requiring the creation and iteration of internal playbooks, tracking mechanisms, and vendor materials for program success. The position is pivotal in identifying and mitigating roadblocks in collaboration with category and product teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead vendor onboarding process for Client, enhancing our Package Hierarchy efforts.
• Develop, launch, and refine internal playbooks, tracking mechanisms, and vendor materials.
• Collaborate closely with Category teams and Vendors for successful onboarding.
• Identify project roadblocks and propose mitigation strategies in partnership with relevant teams.
• Ensure the program's success through continuous process evaluation and improvement.
