Summary : Responsible for the development of Facilities Reports, Dashboard, and Tools as required for Data Queries, KPI Tracking, and general information requests.

This role requires supporting Central Facilities Engineering in consistent formatting of documentation, development / automation of workflow processes, including ad-hoc and scheduled.

Responsible for understanding data information storage locations, access requirements, connecting data fields and relationships

Responsibilities :

• Run data analytics on Facilities Project data to find trends
• Optimize existing applications for field data collection, and reporting
• Improve data quality of existing datasets
• Implement automated QA / QC and data validation processes for new datasets
• Create database to store OXY Facility and Pipeline data and integrate it with existing OXY GIS data
• Assist with tracking system for Facility Technical Information
• Integrate field telemetry data with existing tools / platforms
• Create and maintain dashboards to visualize Facilities and Construction KPIs
• Assist with the creation of PSPG documents and Standard Templates
• Assist with tracking of major equipment orders for Facilities Projects
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Facilities pipeline models and diagrams
• Follow all company procedures and established guidelines
• Communicating with external and internal stakeholders as needed

Education :

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer science or Engineering
• Pursuing a master’s degree in Computer science or Engineering degree preferred
• Maintain a cumulative GPA or higher on a scale
• Preferred minimum of years of Oil & Gas experience

Professional / Technical Knowledge :

• Understanding of data analytics concepts
• SQL knowledge
• Python knowledge
• Experience in developing dashboards in TIBCO Spotfire or PowerBI
• Mastery of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc )
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Understanding of basic Facilities engineering concepts preferred
• Ares Prism G knowledge preferred
• GIS systems knowledge preferred
• Experience in SAP preferred
• Experience developing applications in low-code environments preferred
• Experience in using ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
