This position supports the human resources responsibilities and activities of the division. In this position, you will undertake and facilitate various HR functions including recruitment processes, performance management, policy application, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and training and development. This position provides functional human resources support to Area Human Resources Managers and Human Resources Vice Presidents and serves as an employee advocate and business partner responsible for supporting the implementation and execution of programs to drive the Division Strategies and Company Initiatives.

- Promote and maintain positive employee relations in a safe and productive work environment
- Implement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying policies and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Support performance management and corrective action programs
- Assist with maintaining Affirmative Action Plans and conducting good faith efforts
- Lead and support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Support learning and development initiatives and identify learning opportunities for employees
- Support annual open enrollment process
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Implement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law
Minimum Requirements :
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have a bachelor's degree or higher or at least four (4) years of work experience in human resourcesMust have at least one (1) year of work experience in Human Resources, or have completed a Sherwin-Williams development program in Human ResourcesMust be willing to travel as required for this positionIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisalIf internal to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current positionPreferred Qualifications :
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Organizational / Industrial Psychology, or Business ManagementHave a Professional in Human Resources ("PHR"), Senior Professional in Human Resources ("SPHR"), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certificationHave prior work experience providing HR support to multiple facilities or locationsHave prior work experience ensuring compliance with laws and regulationsHave prior work experience using an HRIS and / or ATSHave prior work experience maintaining an Affirmative Action PlanHave prior work experience maintaining and analyzing dataHave prior work experience using timekeeping systemsWillingness to relocate for future job opportunities
