School-Based Clinician (ACSW / AMFT / APCC)

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable School-Based Clinician to support students ranging from elementary to high school in a highly dynamic, crisis-responsive educational environment. This clinician will be embedded on school campuses, partnering closely with students, parents, and school staff to provide mental health support, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services. Spanish bilingual is preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Provide 60 minutes per week of IEP-indicated services per student, documented in SIRUS , the school-based system.Facilitate group therapy for middle school and high school students, as well as select groups at the elementary level.Conduct case management crisis evaluations , and respond to crisis situations throughout the day.Document all non-IEP clinical notes and activities in SmartCareSupport students during holidays and breaks, as needed—may occur via Zoom, at the clinic, or in the field (parent must always be present).Engage with students in a variety of supportive ways depending on need (e.g., playing sports, participating in arts and crafts, providing classroom support).Collaborate with the internal team (all 5585-certified, though this role does not require certification).Case Load

Active BBS registration as ACSW, AMFT, or APCCExperience or strong comfort working with youth experiencing moderate to severe mental illnessValid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record (occasional driving required)Ability to work in a fluid, crisis-driven environment with rapidly shifting prioritiesNice-to-Have
