Key Responsibilities
Hire, lead, and coach a team of emerging sales professionals in the Mid-Market segment
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Sales to set and execute the growth strategy for the sales segment
Partner with the Marketing team to promote new products and solutions to existing customers
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a driven team of closers
Proven energy, drive, and ambition to lead a team
Experience in hiring and understanding the importance of hiring high-performing individuals
HR SaaS sales experience, particularly in closing deals at $50K+
