A company is looking for a Principal Expatriate Administration Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the international assignment process and support assignees and their families throughout the assignment lifecycle
Interpret policy and provide guidance to HR colleagues, management, and employees regarding international travel and assignments
Analyze mobility data to identify potential risks and develop strong working relationships with various stakeholders to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree and 7 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma and 9 years of relevant experience
Solid technical understanding of global mobility, including International Assignments, Immigration, or Relocation
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functionality
Prior Global Mobility (GMO) experience and exposure to working overseas is preferred
