Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy sales methodology frameworks and develop role-specific playbooks
Partner with leadership to create and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales teams
Implement scalable onboarding and advanced training tracks for new and experienced sales hires
Required Qualifications
2+ years of facilitation experience in interactive discussions
3+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company
Familiarity with MEDDPIC qualification methodology and Force Management sales philosophy
Strong project management instincts with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
