Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone / buprenorphine.

- Provides individual counseling to highly complex patients
- Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient’s treatment needs
- Designs and updates the patient’s treatment plan, includingcare coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
- Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements
- Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services
- Facilitates urine drug screening for patients
- Consistent schedule with early in times and out times
- Advancement opportunities. Clear, climbable structure into Counselor levels (1, 2, 3) based on the certification or license held.
- Targeted caseload. Caseloads follow state regulations and can range from 40-55 patients.
- Excellent training if you are new to our field. We are able to offer necessary training / supervision to those in process of becoming fully certified or licensed.

Position Requirements :
The most qualified candidates will possess the following :
Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.Must be licensed in the state of TN as LMSW Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.
No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.Must have a valid driver's license.If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
