Job Description As a Customer Service Representative, in a call center environment at the corporate office, you will work to support Rug Doctor team members, stores, and consumers with all their Rug Doctor needs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Answer inbound phone calls from consumers, store personnel, and fellow employees
- Maintain a high level of world class customer service and professionalism to a wide range of customers
- Ability to work shifts within our business hours, which are 6 : 30 am to midnight Monday to Friday, and 8 am to midnight on the weekend
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work with consumers to resolve inquiries around how to rent and use Rug Doctor products
- Assisting our 350+ Field and Canada team members that need assistance from the corporate office
- Ability to adapt to change based on coaching / feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Contact stores, prior renters and coordinate return of lost / unreturned machines
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and by email
- Ability to talk, type and navigate through multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Have a High School Diploma
- Be able to work flexible hours, including extended work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
- Be able to pass substance abuse screen and background check
