As a Senior Change Management Consultant in Employee Experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring enterprise-wide change-initiative projects meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. With a strong focus on the people side of change, you will be responsible for teaching and coaching others on how to create and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement and drive the achievement of both human and business objectives. Your work will facilitate employee adoption of change across the organization.

Apply a scalable and structured change management approach to support the people-side of change, including base-lining of change readiness

Coach senior leaders and executives in how they fulfill the role of change sponsor

What you'll bring :

4 years managing change efforts using change management principles and methodologies

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience. The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range. National Plus Salary Range : $109,000.00 - $185,300.00 _
