What You'll Do : Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity within the property to help to deter disruptions and promote a secure environment. Document and report all observations, incidents, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements. Collaborate with property management and local law enforcement as needed in response to security-related incidents. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred.
