Traveling Sheet Metal Journeyman

Matlock Mechanical is a nationally recognized mechanical contracting company based in Jackson, TN, specializing exclusively in commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Journeyman to join our team. This position requires frequent travel within Tennessee and to job sites across the country. Per diem is provided and varies based on location.

Pay Range : $28 - $35 per hour, depending on experience

Per Diem is provided for all travel assignments; rate varies based on project location.

Work Hours : A typical work week consists of 50+ hours.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ductwork fabrication and installation
  • Proficiency with rectangular duct, spiral ductwork, and roof curb equipment
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both in-state and out-of-state
