The Senior Director, TGS, Diagnostic Solutions Lead Business Partner, plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Technology & Global Services (TGS) strategy in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Diagnostic Solutions (DS) Business Unit. This leader acts as the primary conduit between DS leadership and TGS, responsible for translating business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and delivering high-impact solutions that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and commercial success.
This individual leads a team of business partners to conduct strategic analysis, define solution direction, and oversee execution. The role demands deep collaboration across internal and external collaborators to ensure DS is consistently supported with forward-looking, enterprise-aligned technology thought leadership. This is a unique opportunity to orchestrate the convergence of technology, process, and workplace solutions in support of DS's strategic priorities.
This leadership position reports directly to the VP, TGS Business Partner Life Sciences and serves on the DS Business Unit Leadership Team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making at the Business Unit's highest level.
