As a key member of the finance team, the primary duty of this position is to lead the FP&A function. Responsibilities include ownership of the annual budgeting / planning process, periodic forecasting and financial reporting, acquisition integration activities and other ad hoc financial and systems analysis.
This role will be responsible for building key relationships with internal and external customers, as well as ensuring compliance and drive efficiency. In addition, the role will participate in projects to support new company initiatives, process improvement and automation.
This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and currently has three direct reports. As we continue to build-out the Corporate and Regional teams we anticipate there will be additions to the FP&A team.

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
