Leasing Manager

What You Will Do :

  • Be the face of our community  – Welcome and show prospective residents around, highlighting our features and amenities.
  • Close the deal  – Turn prospects into happy residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications.
  • Engage with residents  – Create programs to keep residents happy and build a sense of community.
  • Support community operations  – Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional.
  • Stay compliant  – Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment  – Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.

Additional Leasing Manager Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain top-tier customer service.

  • Oversee leasing performance metrics, reporting, and marketing strategies to drive results.
  • Conduct training and provide ongoing support to leasing staff to ensure consistent performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager on pricing strategies, renewals, and community marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and create engaging social media content to promote the community, highlight amenities, and attract new prospects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of lease files, reports, and documentation.

  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus

  • 401K : Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate.
  • The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off : Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
  • Tuition Reimbursement : Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
