Job description

A company is looking for a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule routine and complex primary care and specialty appointments

Perform full patient registration and verify insurance eligibility and benefits

Collaborate with back office teams to ensure timely communication of patient needs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role or frontline customer contact experience required

Experience in a high-volume call center environment is highly preferred

Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service

Proficient computer keyboard skills
