Senior Substation Engineer, PE Required

A company is looking for a Senior Substation Physical Engineer to provide technical support and direction for their Substation Design Team in a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and oversight for substation engineering and consulting services

Lead and mentor teams of engineers and designers while ensuring project success

Participate in project planning, execution, and quality reviews of engineering deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree may count toward experience

7+ years of related experience for Senior Engineer I, 10+ years for Senior Engineer II, or 15+ years for Senior Engineer III with PE required

Professional Engineer registration strongly preferred

Proficiency with NESC, IEEE, and relevant codes and standards

Experience in creating and reviewing substation design drawings and proficient with relevant software applications
