Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI / UX Designer to join our team for a high-impact project with a top-tier healthcare company. This role is critical in developing user interfaces and experiences that align with business objectives and user needs within the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team, collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders across the board.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work in tandem with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand business requirements and user needs within the healthcare domain.
• Design intuitive and effective user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and facilitate usability testing.
• Execute user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions, ensuring they meet user expectations and enhance user satisfaction.
• Ensure that all designs are in harmony with branding guidelines and adhere to established design standards, contributing to a coherent brand experience.
• Engage in productive collaboration with developers to ensure that implemented designs accurately reflect design specifications and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI / UX design, particularly those relevant to the healthcare industry, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Play a mentorship role to junior designers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications :

• 6-10 years of proven experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, and a solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience in React JS, design systems, and data visualization is highly desirable, as is specific knowledge of the healthcare domain.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong commitment to user-centered design principles, with a continuous desire to learn and adopt new technologies and design practices.

Pay :

The advertised starting salary for this role ranges between $100,000 and $145,000. However, the actual base pay may vary depending on various factors such as education level, work experience, and skillset.

It is important to note that the base pay is only one component of the overall compensation package offered by Fractal. This may also include benefits, perks, equity, and bonuses.

Please be aware that the base pay range advertised is subject to potential changes and modifications in the future.

Benefits :

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.

You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a free time PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
