IT Program Manager

A company is looking for an IT Principal Program Manager to lead complex IT security programs within the Information Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT project plans aligned with business goals and manage portfolio alignment

Communicate with senior executives and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and build strong relationships

Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change requests and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of experience in program management with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget

In-depth knowledge of IT security frameworks, tools, and standards

Experience in developing and managing budgets and making data-driven decisions

Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams, manage conflicts, and negotiate solutions

Ability to align project goals with strategic priorities and long-term vision
