Purchasing Manager

The Good Eating Company is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Mountain View, California. This is an on-site position 8am to 4pm.

What You'll Do

Place orders using the purchase ordering system.

Order products and services based on established contracts.

Coordinate delivery times and work with culinary team to establish reputable suppliers with consideration to quality, reliability, and urgency of need.

Purchase products / services at the most competitive prices, while accounting for the quality and service level required by the business.

Ensure product availability and quality based on account operator needs.

Manage inventory to reduce waste.

Assist with the resolution of product selection, distribution, pricing, cost control, receiving, and inventory control issues.

Responsible for overseeing the receiver workflow and duties.

Qualifications & Requirements
