Coalition Coordinator

Hybrid – Dallas, TX

Recovery Resource Council is hiring a Full-Time Coalition Coordinator to lead community-based substance use prevention efforts for their Dallas community coalition. The coalition’s mission is to reduce youth misuse of alcohol, drugs, and other harmful substances in specific Dallas County zip codes. This is achieved by building a drug-free community where youth feel supported, empowered, and confident to make healthy decisions.

You are an outgoing, culturally aware individual who values collaboration and community voice. You’re driven to make a difference, comfortable speaking in public, and skilled in mobilizing people and resources toward a shared goal. Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience or working toward a degree in public health, social work, education, or related field may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills necessary.
• Community engagement or organizing experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
• Experience in data collection, social media, or podcasting a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Must reside in the Dallas / Fort Worth area.

Key Responsibilities :

Salary : 41,000-46,000 Based on Experience
