Job Summary

Take the helm of Tatiana, the distinguished #1 restaurant voted by the New York Times, as the General Manager and lead an exceptional team in delivering an unparalleled dining experience. As the General Manager , you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional service, managing client relations, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the restaurant team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Tatiana, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high-quality standards, and optimizing efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to curate outstanding menus that align with Tatiana's culinary vision and exceed guest expectations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to drive innovation and enhance the guest experience.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.
