The Early Careers Program is a 13-week summer program designed to provide real-world work experience to students currently pursuing a degree in a related field to FlexGen. This program will give students interested in a career in renewable energy and battery storage space hands-on exposure to FlexGen projects and mentorship from industry professionals. Upon completion of the program, students will have gained the knowledge, tools, and resources to be successful upon entering the professional world.

Position Description :

The Product Management Intern will be a valuable addition to our CTO organization to help drive Product Roadmap progress. You will be working closely with Product Managers and Engineering groups to articulate and coordinate work products and processes through to completion. You will gain valuable skills in product execution and learn from experienced Product Managers how to guide product execution with tangible hands-on experience. You must be inquisitive, hardworking , and have excellent attention to detail. We are looking for an intern with a passion for sustainable energy.

Major Job Responsibilities :

• Supporting multiple product managers as a Product Owner, including running agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Writing user stories and epics.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, etc.) to ensure alignment on product vision and priorities.
• Working with QA to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done for user stories.
• Identifying and tracking product metrics to measure success and inform product roadmap prioritization
• Meet with (internal) customers to gather requirements and define user stories.
