Customer Service Agent

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and assistance. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by providing solutions, answer inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner. Location : Tampa, FL Pay Range : $750- $1100 per week.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their inquiries and claims.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or related field is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric focus.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is advantageous.
