Solution Specialist

Do you have the desire to preserve the Credit Union's assets by helping to control loan accounts, collect delinquent loan payments, and recover collateral? As a Solutions Specialist, you will be vital in protecting the Credit Union's assets. You will maintain relationships with the members while upholding the Credit Union's standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyzes financial situation of delinquent borrowers; makes recommendations to repossess collateral when other arrangements to bring the loan current are unsuccessful.
• Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail; takes appropriate action to bring current.
• Maintains accurate files and reports on all collections activity.
• Testifies at legal proceedings as required.
• Informs management of trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent / charged off loans.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team :

Experience : Six months to two years of similar or related experience. Knowledge of bankruptcy procedures.

Education : Job requires a two-year college level education of language, math, and reasoning skills. Three or more years experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
