Job descriptionHandle all aspects of commercial foreclosures, receiverships, real estate-related litigation, and bankruptcies Manage motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom appearances Work on commercial landlord-tenant litigation, including preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings Collaborate with a skilled team focused on creditors' rights and special servicer matters Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for someone who brings : 4 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation or bankruptcy litigation Expertise in commercial foreclosures, receiverships, and real estate-related litigation Experience with motion practice, discovery processes, and courtroom advocacy Familiarity with commercial landlord-tenant litigation Active bar membership and good standing in the state where you practice Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills Why Join Us? $275,000 - $350,000 (dependent on experience) Opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment Location This position is available in Detroit, Chicago, New York, or Princeton offices.
