How do our Infrastructure Specialists Drive Impact?

Tier I : Break fix Support

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for internal users while following pre-assigned support tickets under guidance.
• Support the installation and configuration of applications and systems both in the office and at field locations as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional customer support by assisting with helpdesk coverage as needed.
• Must show a commitment to growing technical skills, with the ability to take on basic Tier 2 tasks over time, such as diagnosing workstation issues, resolving network configurations, and troubleshooting application performance.
