A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist, US EST.
Key Responsibilities
Triage incoming issues and requests, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate delegation
Provide accurate and timely technical product support to clients and their customers
Engage with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to public-facing documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
1-2 years of customer-facing technical support experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS
1-2 years of technical writing experience, particularly in public-facing documentation
Experience using Zendesk or equivalent ticketing system
Adept within MacOS and Google Workspace environments
