We are looking to add a Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) interested in selling corporate events, team building programs and picnics to Chicago's top companies. - Base + commission ranging from $50,000-$100,000+ / year. 1st Year on-target earnings of $50-70K. Future earning potential will increase based on sales performance

Responsibilities & Duties :
Outbound selling of corporate events and generating new business by phone and email through enhancing an existing database of potential leadsNetworking and building long-term relationships with clients primarily by phoneCreating professional proposals using WCF's established protocols and CRM SoftwareRequirements
2+ years successful business to business sales experienceEnjoys being a hunter to build and enhance an existing database of potential clientsAbility to present ideas, expectations, and information in a concise, well organized mannerStrong written and verbal communication skillsSuperior interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsTeam orientedExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plusThis position is a full-time, in-person role based at our main office.
