IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Provide end-user support for manufacturing applications and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain standard and customized applications.
• Support and maintain network and telecommunication equipment (routers, switches, VoIP phones, wireless access points).
• Coordinate problem resolution, ensuring timely stakeholder communication and escalation.
• Work with vendors to manage and implement business-specific applications.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Define and document support processes.
• Participate in team efforts for service restoration and standards compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by recommending preventive measures.
