Position Overview
Our growing Creative Production team at HYBE America is seeking an intern. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and communicative. They have strong administrative skills and can support the team’s operations. This is a full-time internship based in our Santa Monica office, with in-person collaboration 4 days per week and remote work 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including schedules, travel coordination, document organization, note-taking during meetings, etc
- Assist with expense tracking, receipt collection, and budget reconciliation
- Communicate with vendors, studios, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Coordinate logistics with vendors, including scheduling appointments, managing supplies, and arranging rentals
- Support the team on set or at events with general operations, ensuring smooth execution of creative and performance needs
- Support content production schedule, management, content planning & execution
- Assisting various initiatives focused on content ideation, developing, reviewing, and communicating with fan-marketing perspective
- Monitor music / entertainment industry and trend content
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related fieldExcellent organization skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in fast-paced environmentsComfortable with hands-on physical work (moving wardrobe racks, equipment, boxes, etc.)Strong communication and teamwork skillsProficiency in MS Office and Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with music, entertainment contents & trendy contentAble and willing to work flexible hours as neededAble and willing to work on-site at studios or shoot locationsBased in Los AngelesIt’s a bonus if you have

Pay Rate
The pay range for this job is $17.81 / hr. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting.
