Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at our Edina studio (other studios Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, and Plymouth).  The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist management with new membership sales

Requirements :

Experienced customer service

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions

Excellent communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with guests

Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : Up to $18.00 per hour

Shift :

Day shift

Evening shift (closing at 7 : 00 pm)

Morning shift (beginning at 8 : 00 am)
