Ohio Licensed Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage mortgage loan files from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities :

Compile and review financial documentation to ensure complete loan files

Analyze loan applications and verify creditworthiness against guidelines

Request and secure necessary supporting documents from partners and manage workflow to meet closing dates

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role within the mortgage industry

Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in managing a high-volume pipeline

Experience with Encompass loan origination software is preferred

Knowledge of mortgage lending processes and various loan programs

Understanding of mortgage terms and processing functions
