In this role, you will shape the customer experience across a complex product platform, creating cohesive, intuitive, and scalable design solutions that span multiple touchpoints. You will work at the intersection of systems thinking, AI-driven features, and user-centered design to influence product strategy and elevate the overall platform experience. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of users, enabling them to achieve their goals efficiently while maintaining a seamless and accessible interface. Collaboration across product, engineering, and research teams will be central to delivering holistic solutions that drive measurable business and user outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Design and steward cross-product experiences, ensuring cohesion and eliminating silos.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems to maintain consistency, scalability, and accessibility across the platform.
• Ideate, prototype, and implement AI-driven and automated features that enhance customer workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers to align on vision and execution.
• Define success metrics, validate design decisions with qualitative and quantitative insights, and iterate to maximize impact.
• Mentor and support other designers, fostering a culture of craft, innovation, and inclusivity.
• Influence technical frameworks and holistic product experiences, shaping the platform at a foundational level.
