A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Improvement to lead quality initiatives and improve healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the accreditation process and ensure compliance with NCQA standards

Coordinate company-wide quality assessment and improvement activities

Analyze reports to identify trends and recommend initiatives for quality enhancement

Required Qualifications

Must reside in California

5+ years of quality management experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Medi-Cal experience highly preferred
