Senior Accountant with CPA License

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant / Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary accounting contact for a portfolio of clients, managing financial operations and reporting

Oversee compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements, ensuring sound internal controls

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting career development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in audit work at a CPA firm

Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus

Proven experience in revamping accounting processes and technology

Deep knowledge of complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
