Description
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at NI serves as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes through NIs software solutions. This role is dedicated to driving software adoption by showcasing value and aligning NIs technology with customer objectives. The CSM partners with executives and technical teams to strengthen relationships improve customer health and deliver success across key accounts with a primary focus on aerospace defense and government.
