Key Responsibilities
Oversee the lead nurture program, optimizing contact and messaging strategies to engage prospects
Collaborate with sales and business operations to design marketing automation programs and ensure consistent communication
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for optimization and managing multiple campaigns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2C or financial services
Expertise in email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation and A / B testing
Strong understanding of marketing funnel dynamics and member journey mapping
Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
