Program Specialist

A company is looking for a Program Specialist for a 15-month contract term, fully remote in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute implementation and technical setup processes for assigned program portfolios and oversee quality assurance

Provide proactive support and take ownership of program-building tasks while collaborating with internal teams

Manage and resolve support requests, analyze trends, and escalate complex issues as needed

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in program coordination or management

Experience in Ed-Tech or a technical role within a SaaS organization

Data-driven mindset with an understanding of metrics and KPIs

Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and analytical skills
