Senior Accounting Analyst

GEE Group is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a leading manufacturing company dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Reporting to the Controller, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders, support financial operations, and drive performance analysis initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand financial impacts and educate departments on cost drivers.
• Support journal entries, reconciliations, month-end processes, and special projects.
• Assist in implementing financial systems and preparing reports on projects and assets.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis to support company performance.
• Ensure accuracy in invoicing and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to changing demands.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge and ability to do Cost Accounting
• SAP proficiency
