Critical Care Clinical Nurse - Float Pool

Join our dedicated team in the Critical Care Float Pool, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week during the day shift.

Salary Range : $72,072.00 - $74,229.26

The Clinical Nurse is essential in assessing, coordinating, planning, executing, and managing the needs of our patients. You will focus on their journey toward recovery and discharge throughout their acute care experience. Your responsibility includes the delivery and coordination of patient care with a compassionate approach across various settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and document care as per policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions.
• Evaluate patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment for effective management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications, both over-the-counter and prescription as ordered.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to create comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
