Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic  Direct Support Professional  to support an individual who lives in North Brunswick, New Jersey

North Brunswick - Looking for a creative and inspiring DSP to provide 8 hours of support to an individual living in North Brunswick.  The ideal DSP will enjoy crafts, grabbing some coffee or lunch in town, and essentially, enjoy spending time together doing fun things.  We are looking for a DSP who is encouraging but not demanding  and who has a reliable car and a good driving record.  This is a great opportunity for a seasoned DSP looking for a low stress P / T job or a college student who is a people person and is looking for some income. 11 AM - 3 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays OR Mondays and Wednesdays   .  $22 / hr.

THIS POSITION DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL JANUARY 2026

Schedule of Services :

8 hours  11 AM - 3 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays OR Mondays and Wednesdays

Benefits :

(Full time Benefits after 25 hours)

• A 401K is  a benefit that is available to employees who have successfully completed their 90-day introductory period to Royal.  Employees who have are eligible to enroll the following month.  Royal has a 10% match to employee contributions, and more information about this benefit can be provided upon request

Qualifications :

Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

Must have a car

Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

Must be willing to have a background check

Must be authorized to legally work in the United States

Starting Pay Rate : $22 per hour
