Required Qualifications
3+ years of direct HR Business Partner experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in employee relations and performance management
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Advanced degree or professional certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher) preferred
