Bilingual Administrative Assistant

A leading property management company is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team and provide exceptional support to tenants and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Answer and direct incoming calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner. Assist tenants with inquiries, concerns, and other requests in a timely and friendly fashion. Perform light administrative tasks, including managing documentation, organizing files, and scheduling as needed. Provide general support to the property management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications (Hard Skills) :
Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both Spanish and English (required). Administrative / Front Desk Experience : Previous experience in administrative or reception roles is preferred. Property Management Background : Experience in property management is a strong plus but not required.
Technical Requirements : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles.
Familiarity with property management processes is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience with switchboard operations and managing multiple phone lines.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
