General Laborer

Driver / Laborer.

Location : Summerville, SC.

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (some flexibility with start times).

Pay : $16–$20 / hour (based on experience; higher for plumbing experience).

About the Role :

Bridges Staffing is seeking reliable Laborers with valid Driver's Licenses to join our growing team in Charleston. This hands-on position supports a variety of construction and maintenance projects, including assisting with plumbing-related tasks, transporting materials, and helping keep job sites organized and running smoothly.

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have some hands-on experience, and are ready to contribute to a hardworking, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with general labor and construction site tasks.
• Support plumbing installation and repairs under supervision.
• Load, transport, and unload materials using company vehicles.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
