Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and utilization of the company's vehicle fleet. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages fleet systems and technologies, and supports operational continuity through proactive asset management. This position is based in Denver, CO and will report to the Director of Operations (or equivalent leadership role).

What you will do :

Fleet Operations Management

• Track fleet utilization and work toward building a fleet enterprise GIS to monitor individual asset usage.
• Ensure new vehicle registrations and license plates are delivered to drivers promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
• Proactively track registration renewals to maintain compliance.
• Monitor and reduce underutilized fleet vehicles.

Pay Range $78,400 - $130,700 USD
