This role will support projects for several corporate departments including Legal, Transactions, Vendor Management and Procurement.

Essential Job Functions : Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and scopeDevelop and manage project schedule and budgetOrganize and lead project status and working meetingsPrepare and update project roadmaps and progress reports to keep stakeholders informed of project statusManage all activities internally and externally (if applicable) and remove any roadblocks to the team’s work or progressOrganize and lead project status and working meetingsSupport the Product / Business Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverablesKeep leadership informed of key issues that may impact project completion, budget, or other resultsPromote and follow a defined project management process and implement best practices for Agile Project ManagementPerform After Action Reviews to build process improvement into future projectsOther activities as may be assigned by your managerQualifications / Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or related field (Master’s degree preferred6+ years of non-IT project management experience required;

financial services industry experience preferredSolid organization skills and understanding of project management principles and practicesStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levelsPrior experience with enterprise-level projects implementation and an understanding of contractsExperience in projects associated with merger and acquisition due diligence a plusExperience implementing a contract management system a plusExperience overseeing multi-purpose projects that require interplay among departments in a corporate environment.

Job Location : Remote, RE, USACountry : USAThe annual full time base salary range for this role is ($95,000 - $170,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.

Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.

SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K;
